Kerry Dawn Moore was born Oct. 30, 1961, and passed away Dec. 16, 2023. She was preceded in death by her father Charlie Moore, her sister Paula Beth Palmer and her brother Kenneth William Moore. She is survived by her mother Elizabeth Moore and Rick Williams from Top of the World; a sister Colleen and Larry Hincha from Gold Canyon; David Lee Hunter, her significant other of 24 years, of Maricopa, Arizona; her two sons Ryan Egar, of Pennsylvania, and Aaron Egar, of Pennsylvania; seven grandchildren, of Pennsylvania; and many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins around Arizona and Texas.
Kerry Dawn was raised all her life in lower Miami and graduated from Miami High School. She loved music and movies. She liked fishing, hunting and camping. She also loved to travel and see the land she traveled in its beauty, sitting to watch many sunsets and sunrises in their array of colors. She will be missed but kept close in our memories forever. May she find peace in her passing in the promised land.
There will be an open service at Miles Chapel, 309 Live Oak St. in Miami, on February 3 at 2 p.m. for any who would like to attend. Following this will be a barbecue at Miami Memorial Park on Sullivan St.
