The Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center Foundation is comprised of community members who support the mission and values of CVRMC. These community members donate time and energy helping with health initiatives and raising funds to support new technology and staff education. In late 2019, the CV Foundation hosted their bi-annual Art and Wine Auction. Through all who attended, made donations and purchased items at the auction, CV Foundation Chairman Matt Storms was able to donate a check to Mr. Neal Jensen, CEO, in the amount of $28,000. Community members of the CV Foundation include Matt Storms, Ellen Kretsch, Fernando Shipley, Franceen Gregovich-Benton, Ian Lamont, Marilynn Rasmussen, Diana Wheeler, Veronica Gossett and Martha Wheeler. Student members are Ernesto Angeles and Gabrielle Jacott. The next event the CV Foundation will be hosting is the “Get Out and Get Fit Health Fair” scheduled for Oct. 2 on the CVRMC campus.
