Liberty High School honors local veterans

Students at L.H.S. collaborate to express their gratitude to all veterans, who risked the ultimate sacrifice in providing freedom for future generations.

Liberty’s Student Leadership Team and the Construction Program partnered in a harmonious and motivated effort to provide local vets with a token of their deepest appreciation. The Globe Fire Department veterans received the “Patriot bench” and were pleased to see the honor and effort that the students expressed.

Impressed to see the integrity and ethics that the students showed the vets, Globe’s Ace Hardware and Golden Hills Nursery agreed to partner with Liberty’s Construction and Agriculture programs by providing generous donations of supplies throughout the school year.

The Liberty students would like to thank Fr. Albert Miranda, Ace Hardware, Golden Hills Nursery and the community for believing in their education and providing the means for hands-on learning opportunities.
