Arthur “Skip” Harmon

RAYMOND-Arthur Ralph “Skip” Harmon, 80, of Raymond passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2024, in Raymond.

Arthur was born on July 10, 1944, in Miami, AZ to Arthur and Virginia Harmon and graduated from Miami High School in May of 1962. After high school he enlisted in the US Navy and had a long and decorated career, having received many honors including the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon, Navy Achievement Medal, and Fourth Good Conduct Award. Arthur retired as a Dental Technician Chief in the Navy in March of 1990.

Arthur married the love of his life, Tamara “Tami” Reusswig, on June 30. 1965. They were blessed with two children, Kristine Harmon and Robert “Bobby” Harmon.

Arthur enjoyed his home life after retiring, walking his dog and watching the Red Sox and Patriots.

Arthur is survived by his daughter, Kristine Harmon; sister, Jan Miller; and brother, Ken Harmon. He was loved and will be missed by many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Arthur was predeceased by his son, Bobby; his parents, Arthur and Virginia Harmon; and a brother, Dan Harmon.
