Deborah Denise Cano, born Nov. 22, 1959, passed away peacefully Oct. 27, 2024. A beloved wife, dedicated mother, cherished grandmother, and a dear sister and friend, Deborah’s warm spirit and cheerful disposition left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege to know her.

She was preceded in death by her father Thomas Blair, her cherished grandparents, Letha and Floyd Lee, and her beloved daughter Breelyn Cano, who remain forever in our hearts.

Deborah is survived by her devoted husband, Thomas Cano, who was by her side in both joy and adversity. Together, they nurtured a family filled with love and laughter. Deborah’s legacy continues through their four children: Destiny, Dustin, Ashleigh, and Chesney, who carry forth her spirit in their lives.

As a proud grandmother, Deborah found immense joy in her grandchildren, Ezekiel, Julian, Nathaniel, Kaleb and Whitney, and Eli. Her gentle guidance and unwavering support shaped their futures and taught them the value of kindness, resilience and love.

She is also survived by her loving mother, Charlotte Blair, and her siblings, Michelle Troller and William McCaig, who provided her with a lifelong circle of love and support.

Deborah graduated from Gila Pueblo College with a degree that opened many doors for her, but it was her role as a caregiver and nurturer that she valued most. She approached life with perseverance, filling her journey with compassion, faith and an enduring commitment to her family.

As we remember Deborah Denise Cano, let us celebrate the remarkable woman she was. She touched the lives of many and leaves behind a legacy of love, strength and support that will continue to guide her family for generations. She will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.

May her memory be a blessing and her heart forever intertwined with those she held dear.

Services will be held at Lamont Mortuary in Globe, Arizona on Nov. 17, 2024, at 2 p.m., followed by a luncheon at the American Legion in downtown Globe.
