By popular demand, Globe’s Community Center Swimming Pool has added another four weeks of water aerobics – now set to continue through the end of September, scheduled at sunset Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The pool also has adult lap swim hours Monday-Saturday mornings from 8-10:30. Regular admission to the pool includes water aerobics. Admission is $1 for those under 17 and those over 55, and $2 for ages 18-54. Open swim hours are Monday-Wednesday from 4-6 p.m. Unless the pool is booked for a private party or special event, it is also open Thursday from 4-8 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m.-8 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. -7 p.m. Verify daily hours and schedule at the City of Globe’s Community Center Pool page on Facebook, or call (928) 449-5402.
