The Miami Arts Commission (MAC) and Miami Art Works Gallery are looking for artists, designers and makers to share their works in any medium for their annual Summer Group Art Show; this year’s theme is “Resilience.”
Artists are not required to participate in the theme, but if you do bring something on the theme, MAC would love to have you share a short paragraph or a few lines on how or why you feel your work represents “resilience.”
Artists may submit up to three pieces for the show, in any medium. The deadline for submissions is Sunday, Aug. 4, 2024. Pieces can be sent to Miami Art Works Gallery, 509 Sullivan St., Miami AZ 85539 or delivered in person during business hours (11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
MAC seeks artists from the Miami/Globe area, the entire Copper Corridor, the state of Arizona and beyond to take part in this group show. Any artist who would like to share their art and works with others in the community is welcome. Other upcoming projects and events are in the works and MAC is looking for more artists to help.
