William Ronald Heft (Will), age 57, of Globe, Az. passed away on Saturday, Oct. 8, 2022 at his home.
Will is preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Michaelann Heft. He is survived by her son, his grandson, Luke Heft , his daughter Erin Sanders, her husband Ty Sanders, his grandsons Kaydin and James Sanders, and his granddaughter Evelyn Sanders, as well as his daughter Kayleen (KK) Zaragoza.
Will was born on Feb. 1, 1965. Will deeply loved his daughters and his grandchildren. He loved God, his country, his community and his friends. He was always ready to help friends new and old as well as strangers he never met. He would give the shirt off his back and literally did. He would do anything for his girls and was fiercely protective of them. He was gentle and kind to a fault. He almost always wore a smile and his laugh was contagious.
He proudly served this nation in the Army and was a Purple Heart Veteran. He also served as a hotshot firefighter for a time. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and often rode for various fundraisers. Will’s greatest joy was always his daughters and his grandchildren! He was a good man, a great father and a good friend. He is and will be dearly missed by his family, friends and community.
